We are authorized dealers of both Aqua Master and Otterbine fountains. We work closely with every customer to ensure he or she is satisfied with their new fountain

We provide fountain and aerator service during and after the warranty period. 

Pilot Specialty is an authorized Aqua Master and Otterbine warranty and repair center. In addition to these services, we also repair other manufacturers equipment. 

We stock the common repair parts for both Otterbine and Aqua Master fountains. This allows us to troubleshoot and repair fountains with minimal down time. Also, if you prefer to repair the unit yourself, you can purchase the parts directly from us.

Pilot Specialty offers scheduled maintenance programs. Our programs can be set up to fit any customer's specific needs and budget.

We are a Louisiana State licensed electrical contractor. We can provide a turn - key fountain installation from the electrical meter to the installation of the fountain, even if there is no utilities at your location
